Thank you for considering adopting a cat/kitten from Voiceless Kitty Rescue! We are thrilled that you are interested in giving a loving home to one of our furry friends. Please fill out the adoption application and the contract agreement forms and submit. Once they are both turned in, we will get back to you with the email that you provided within 24-48 business hours. Please be aware that the complement of this application does not guarantee adoption of the animal. This form is designed to help us determine if the adoption is in the animal’s best interest and to assist you in finding the cat/kitten most compatible with your lifestyle and family. The adoption donation that we are asking for, will be used to help us cover the spay/neuter of your new cat, current vaccinations, viral testing, and temporary boarding of the animal. This binding contract will be required to adopt the animal from V.K.R.

In order for you to be considered as an adopter, you must;

Be 18 years or older with proof of age with ID/Drivers license.
Have identification showing your current address.
Have the knowledge or consent of you landlord.
Be able and willing to spend the time and money necessary to provide medical treatment and the proper care that it take when owning and animal.

Cats need time to adjust to a new home, and it can take at least one to two months for them to feel comfortable. Some cats may adjust more quickly, while others may take longer. Do you agree to give them some time to adjust?

We understand that circumstances change. If you find yourself needing to give up your adopted cat, we kindly ask that you return them to VKR. Please do not feel guilty about this decision, our priority is to ensure the well-being of our furry friends.
